Easter Brunch Carrot Cake Smoothie Tastes Like Cake

When I was younger I made resurrection cake with my grandma for Easter celebration. Resurrection cake gets “trapped” in the oven for a few days. On Easter morning the cake is taken out of the oven and has magically risen! like Jesus. Staying away from politics and religion with Easter’s mascot, the Easter Bunny. I sure hope the  Easter bunny stops by my house. I sure do miss him!

A carrot cake smoothie is more nutrient dense than a carrot cake. Both recipes use carrots, but the cake has added sugar and other goodies. A carrot cake smoothie isn’t exactly cake but the dates and agave nectar sweeten the smoothie up. DKY carrots are a root vegetable that has beta carotene, vitamin K, and fiber.
