Another day in December means another holiday party, am I right!? Hummus (a.k.a hyuummus) is a great option for holiday parties. It is a versatile dish and can have many different add-ins and modifications.
I am so excited for all the holiday parties that come with along with this time of the year. I like using recipes that are ascetically pleasing, quick, cheap and tasty, I mean who doesn’t, right? Lucky for me Santa came early this year and delivered me a beautiful package a VITAMIX! I have been asking for one for the 365 days. Apparently, my lovely boyfriend got tired of hearing about it, so he got me one, thanks babe! This recipe doesn’t require a Vitamix, using one is just an additional bonus (still hyped up about having one). I have the low-profile version so it’s easier to fit in my tiny kitchen, it’s not much smaller than the others. If you saw my previous blender you would understand why I’m so amped up. It was around 16 oz. and turned into a to-go cup. My grandma got it for me from a garage sale. It was $3 and it worked like it was worth $3. No worries if you don’t have a Vitamix for this though. A food processor or a blender will work perfectly fine, unless it was $3 at a garage sale.
